1Agreement & Scope of Services

By browsing nraft.com, submitting a project inquiry, or entering into an agreement with nRaft ("nRaft," "we," "us"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

nRaft provides digital product development and engineering services, including:

• Free Landing Pages: Zero-cost starter landing page development.
• Next.js Web Development: Full-stack, production-grade web applications starting at ₹5,000.
• Mobile Development (React Native): Cross-platform iOS and Android mobile apps starting at ₹10,000.
• AI & Automation: Tailored autonomous AI agents, LLM pipelines, and enterprise workflow automations.

2Free Landing Page Plan Terms

Clients requesting our Landing Pages (Free Tier / ₹0) plan acknowledge the following:

• Scope Boundaries: Covers 1 custom responsive landing page with contact form integration and standard UI sections. Does not include custom backend databases, e-commerce checkouts, or user authentication.
• Client Infrastructure: Clients are responsible for providing their own custom domain name and hosting account (such as Hostinger, Cloudflare, or Vercel). nRaft provides deployment assistance.
• Availability: Free tier builds are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis subject to agency capacity.

3Custom Development (Next.js & Mobile)

For custom Next.js web applications and React Native mobile applications starting at ₹5,000:

• Scope & Milestones: All deliverables, timelines, technical specifications, and total investment will be outlined in a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or invoice proposal.
• Change Requests: Additions or modifications outside the signed SOW will be scoped and estimated under a formal change order before implementation.
• Sprint Previews: Development is conducted in agile sprints with live preview deployments on staging servers for client verification.

4Intellectual Property & 100% Code Ownership

• Open Source Components: Third-party libraries, frameworks (React, Next.js, React Native), and NPM packages remain licensed under their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0).
• Client Materials: All logos, trademarks, images, and brand assets provided by the client remain the client's sole property.
• Publicity Rights: Unless the client requests an active Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), nRaft reserves the non-exclusive right to display non-confidential project screenshots and links in our portfolio and social channels.

5Post-Launch 30-Day Technical Warranty

All paid custom web and mobile projects include a complimentary 30-day technical warranty starting from the official date of production deployment:

• nRaft will resolve functional defects, reproducible software bugs, and broken integrations that deviate from the agreed specifications at zero additional charge.
• The warranty does not cover issues caused by client code alterations, unapproved third-party plugin updates, hosting provider outages (Hostinger, AWS, Vercel), or changes to third-party API endpoints.

6AI Automation Services & LLM Disclaimers

For engagements involving AI & Automation:

• API Consumption Fees: Third-party LLM and inference costs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic) are the direct financial responsibility of the client via their API account.
• Model Output: Large Language Models are probabilistic by nature. Clients are responsible for verifying high-stakes, legal, medical, or financial outputs generated by autonomous AI agents prior to automated execution.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nRaft, its founders, engineers, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, revenue, or business reputation) resulting from:

• Third-party server, cloud, or DNS downtime (including Hostinger, Cloudflare, or AWS).
• Apple App Store or Google Play Store rejection or delays caused by third-party policy changes.
• Unauthorized security compromises of client accounts resulting from weak client-side credentials.

8Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
